cancellation policy

● You will be obliged to pay a cancellation fee
● In case of cancellation up until four weeks prior to the arrival date of your confirmed reservation, you will be refunded the total sum, minus administration costs.
● In case of cancellation up until one week prior to the arrival date of your confirmed reservation, you will be refunded half of the boarding costs, minus administration costs.
● In case of a no show on the agreed arrival date, the room will be held available for 24 hours. You will be charged for this, as for the pre-agreed meals. After 24 hours we are at liberty to rebook the room(s). You will also be charged the full amount of the reservation. Further pre-agreed meals will be refunded, minus administration costs.
● No refunds are given in case of early departures. In this case, costs of pre-agreed meals will be refunded in cash or will be withheld from the total amount of your stay.
